1) I think the Sepia filter needs to be turned down a bit.. It seems to be lessening the contrast between ground and sky.. I think if it was turned down maybe 20-30% the picture would pop off of the page^^
2) Your horizon line seems to be off a bit. This picture may have been taken on a hill and the landscape isnt straight but for somebody viewing the picture as is, it makes you tilt your head a little. Thats fixable with cropping and what not but something to defininetly look out for in future photos.
3) (You dont have to read this one because it completely personal preference...) I would up the vibrance a little and bring the blacks out just a bit for more detail. This picture has a lot of really good natural contrasts and I think it would look great to maginfy them just a tad.
All in all, I like where you were going with it and it still has great potential. Good work and keep em' comin!
