A very striking scene. The ultra-low viewpoint coupled with the imaginative framing creative an immediate impact and there is plenty of varied content to keep the eye busy for quite a while. The full-range depth of field adds a dreamy feel to the image, reinforced by the small-animal height from which the scene is viewed. The colours are vibrant but not overpowering. The framing leaves the near tree half in-half out of shot, which does weaken the image slightly, but I don't know if avoiding that was feasible. Trivial things aside, this is a rewarding image and sufficiently rewarding of repeated viewing to justify a large print in a hall or lounge.
